About the Role:
Dragonfly are looking for an experienced and highly organised Production Executive to join our brilliant production team.
Working closely with the Director of Production, you will play a key role in overseeing the smooth and efficient delivery of our productions from development through to final delivery. You will provide practical and strategic support to Executive Producers and production teams, helping them navigate budgets, schedules, compliance, and the day-to-day challenges of making ambitious, high-quality programmes.
This is a senior role for someone who combines excellent production knowledge with sound judgement, a calm approach, and a genuine passion for supporting teams. You will be trusted to help solve problems, maintain high standards, and ensure our productions are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with broadcaster and company expectations. Both Streamer and PSB experience is essential.
Above all, we are looking for someone who is collaborative, approachable, and enjoys working with people as much as they enjoy the operational side of production, we have been in the top ten places to work in TV for 10 years running and we are looking for someone who helps us continue this accolade.
