Production Coordinators
Description
Windfall Films are looking for experienced factual or specialist factual London based Production Coordinators with at least 3 credits at PC level for a returning Engineering Series from the 1st of June 2026 with varying contract lengths until the end of September 2026.
Must have previous experience of European/Foreign filming on a fast-paced multi-episodic series. Experience of delivering paperwork to US Broadcasters, in particular, Nat Geo is preferred.
Must have experience of the whole production process including postproduction paperwork and workflows.
A good knowledge of Foreign filming, booking accommodation, travel and transport, sourcing and liaising with local crews and contributors, working with Editorial teams and scheduling.
Must have exceptional organisational skills, great attention to detail, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
European languages a plus but not necessary.
This role is an office-based role in London.
Start date: 1st June 2026
Contract Duration: varying contract lengths until the end of September 2026
