Production Co-ordinator
Description
North One are looking for an experienced Production Co-ordinator for the returning series of Wheeler Dealers World Tour. Applicants should have a minimum of 2-3 credits at Production Co-ordinator level and be able to demonstrate a strong track record supporting logistically complex productions, with recent experience working across international shoots.
This is a full-time contract running from April to September 2026, based in our London office. Team days in the office are typically Tuesday to Thursday.
A background in factual entertainment or motoring / travel-based programming is beneficial but not essential. The role will focus on supporting the day-to-day running of the production, with key responsibilities including preparing and distributing call sheets, co-ordinating shoot logistics and planning across multiple international locations, overseeing petty cash and expenses, managing carnets and kit requirements, booking and overseeing travel and accommodation for cast and crew and supporting post-production workflow and deliverables. PMI experience is desirable but not essential.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented and confident working across multiple strands of production simultaneously. Good communication skills and the ability to support and be part of a wider team are essential.
