Producer/Director - Digital First Documentary Series

Doc Hearts is looking for a Producer/Director for a digital-first box set series exploring drug misuse amongst Gen Z.

We’re after a sharp storyteller who understands how to engage young audiences through compelling characters, strong hooks and ambitious, sensitive filmmaking.

You must have proven social-first credits on original content made specifically for digital platforms (YouTube/ Instagram/ Tik Tok / 4.0) .

You’ll need:

* A strong understanding of digital storytelling, pacing and audience retention.
* Experience securing access and building trust with young contributors.
* Sound editorial judgement , journalistic instinct and a rigorous approach to duty of care.
* The ability to tackle sensitive subjects with curiosity, depth and flair .
