For Editorial Film Series for content platform
Mid July – end of August (6 weeks)
Atomized Studios are looking for an exceptional Producer/ Director/ Editor to help develop and produce a new premium editorial content platform launching later this year. This will be the launch of an ambitious long-term editorial platform combining journalism, documentary filmmaking, conversation-led formats and digital publishing.
We're looking for someone excited by creating intelligent, culturally relevant film content that sits somewhere between documentary, magazine journalism and premium digital media.
The role will help shape a slate of recurring editorial formats from the ground up, working closely with our creative and editorial team to establish the visual language, production approach and contributor experience for the platform.
Initially, the work will focus on two flagship film formats:
• intimate filmed conversations between influential leaders and thinkers
• a social-first interview format built around personal stories, reflection and leadership
These formats will launch as part of a wider editorial platform alongside long-form writing, data storytelling and interactive digital experiences.
This is an opportunity to build something that will evolve into an ongoing editorial series rather than a one-off production.
We're looking for someone who:
• Has experience producing premium documentary, factual or editorial content.
• Is equally comfortable developing ideas as delivering productions.
• Can build trust quickly with high-profile contributors and create relaxed, thoughtful interviews.
• Has excellent editorial judgement and understands how to shape intelligent conversations.
• Can oversee productions from development through delivery.
• Understands how long-form interviews become compelling short-form social content.
• Has strong visual taste and enjoys collaborating with directors, designers and editors to build a distinctive editorial style.
• Is interested in helping create a repeatable production model that can grow into a long-running series.
• has experience working on platforms (desirable, not mandatory)
The role will include:
• helping develop editorial film formats
• contributor outreach and production planning
• working with the editorial team to shape stories and conversations
• producing location shoots and managing crews
• directing interviews
• Editing, overseeing post-production and delivery
• creating social-first cutdowns and distribution assets
• working with the team to define the long-term visual language of the series

The role will be a hybrid of working in the office and home on a 3/2 policy. Rate is negotiable depending on experience.
