About us
The 10 Group is a fully integrated global marcomms agency building ambitious brands on an international scale. 10 Studios is our in-house content studio, producing branded content, social and digital campaigns and the occasional above-the-line production for some of the UK's best-known brands and international clients.
The role
We are looking for a Producer to take end-to-end ownership of branded content projects, from first idea through to shoot, edit and final delivery. You will work closely with a Senior Producer, running your own projects while supporting bigger, more complex ones always keeping quality, timeline and budget on track.
This is a mid-level, hands-on role for someone with strong organisation, clear communication and good instincts under pressure. We want someone with real personality who enjoys working with clients, creatives, talent and crew, and brings energy to every project. A sharp sense of what makes social and digital content work is essential - shooting experience is a bonus!
There is a clear path to Senior Producer for the right person, someone keen to take ownership, contribute creatively, and keep growing.
What you will be doing
• Owning branded content projects end-to-end from ideation, scheduling and shoots to post-production and edit producing
• Managing day-to-day client communication and keeping projects on scope, on budget and on time
• Collaborating closely with creatives, talent, crew and internal teams
• Building toward taking on larger, more complex productions as you grow in the role
What we are looking for
Essential
• 4–5 years' experience in an agency or production environment
• A track record delivering film or branded content projects
• Experience managing shoots, post-production and edit producing
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
• A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure, with sharp attention to detail
• Confident communicating with clients, freelancers and internal teams
• A good instinct for social-first and digital-led content, and how to adapt ideas across platforms
Desirable
• Self-shooting experience
• A degree or equivalent experience in media, production or a related field
• Familiarity with production budgeting and cost tracking
How you will know you are doing well
Projects land on time, on budget and to a high standard.
Your clients, Senior Producer and the wider team know they can rely on you to flag issues early and sort them out.
