Description

Box to Box Films is looking for experienced Producers with strong reality and entertainment experience to work on a couple of projects, starting ASAP.

The ideal candidates will have significant experience producing on large-scale reality entertainment formats, with credits on premium returning series or equivalent productions, ideally on high-profile series such as Squid Game, The Traitors, Love Island, Big Brother, Love Is Blind or similar formats. Experience working across casting, auditions and contributor management is highly desirable.

We’re keen to hear from candidates with hands-on experience producing both celebrity and non-celebrity contributors. You should be confident building rapport quickly, supporting contributors throughout the production process, and bringing out authentic stories and personalities on screen. Experience running audition days is a bonus.

For one of the roles, you must be available to travel in the UK and abroad from June 24th to July 8th and from July 9th to July 22nd. Rest days will be scheduled within these periods. Please indicate in your application that you have no availability issues across these dates and are able to commit to both filming blocks.

When not filming, the role will be based at our Clerkenwell office.
