About Particle6
Particle6 is an award-winning creative production company blending boundary-pushing
storytelling with cutting-edge AI. From original TV series and documentaries to brand
campaigns and immersive content, we use the latest AI tools to enhance the creative process
across broadcast and commercial work.
About the Role
We’re looking for a high-level Comedy Producer to lead the development and execution of
projects that combine strong comic storytelling with emerging technology.
You’ll work across our broadcast and commercial portfolio, generating and shaping ideas,
managing creative production, and applying AI tools and workflows to elevate both the process
and the final output. This is a pivotal role for a creatively ambitious producer with excellent
comedy instincts, strong editorial judgement, and the ability to lead projects from early
development through to delivery.
This role is for someone who understands what makes comedy land — whether that is
character, tone, awkwardness, pace, surprise, satire, escalation or emotional truth. We are
looking for someone who can develop distinctive worlds, shape memorable comic voices, and
create ideas that feel culturally sharp, tonally confident and highly watchable.
You’ll also play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly, with oversight of budgets and
schedules in collaboration with the CEO/CCO and our Coordination team. Alongside the
creative brief, this role includes managing a team of AI pre- and post-production creatives and
helping guide projects through development, production and post.
What You’ll Be Doing
● Creative Development: Lead the ideation and refinement of original comedy concepts
across scripted TV, entertainment, branded storytelling and digital formats.
● Script Development: Shape scripts, scenes, storylines and comic arcs, working closely
with writers, creatives and talent to develop projects with a strong sense of voice, timing,
character and payoff.
● Comedy and Character Development: Build distinctive comic characters, relationships
and worlds, with a strong understanding of how humour is driven by character,
perspective, conflict, rhythm and tone.
● AI-Driven Content Creation: Use tools such as Veo 3, Sora, MidJourney, ChatGPT,
Runway and ElevenLabs to prototype, visualise and support idea generation,
development and production workflows.
● Pitch Leadership: Create and oversee compelling pitch decks, sizzles and
proof-of-concept materials for broadcasters, commissioners, brands and clients.
● Production Integration: Collaborate with directors, editors and technologists to embed
AI into pre-production, production and post-production workflows in a way that supports
creative ambition.
● Oversight of Budgets and Schedules: Work with the CEO/CCO and Production
Coordinator to scope, manage and monitor budgets and timelines, ensuring projects
remain creatively ambitious but operationally achievable.
● Team Leadership: Line manage a small, dynamic team of AI creatives across pre- and
post-production, helping to deliver strong work and effective workflows.
● Client Collaboration: Interpret briefs, present ideas and lead creative development
conversations with clients, partners, commissioners and collaborators.
● Talent and Casting Input: Help shape the voice of projects through sourcing talent,
supporting casting and identifying performers, writers or contributors with strong comic
instinct.
● Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of cultural shifts, audience behaviour and developments in
comedy, entertainment and AI-powered storytelling to help inform the creative direction
of the company.
● Pre-Production Oversight: Manage the planning of live-action shoots in collaboration
with directors, DOPs, the Production Coordinator and wider production teams.
● Edit Producing: Oversee the edit process, working closely with editors and
AI-supported workflows to shape projects through post-production and sharpen comic
timing, structure and tone.
What We’re Looking For
● Proven experience 8+ years developing creative ideas across comedy, scripted TV,
entertainment, branded content or digital formats, ideally with broadcast credits,
development experience or commercial campaigns
● Strong experience in script development and narrative shaping, with a clear
understanding of comic structure, character, pacing, tone and payoff
● Excellent comedy instincts, with a strong understanding of how humour works across
performance, writing, visual storytelling and edit
● Ability to build distinctive characters and comic worlds that feel sharp, original and
culturally relevant
● Strong editorial judgement and an understanding of both authored comedy and
commercially-driven creative work
● Demonstrable use of AI tools in creative development and production, whether for
prototyping, scripting, visualising or workflow support
● Strong storytelling and visual communication skills, with the ability to lead the creation of
high-quality pitch materials
● Experience managing or overseeing budgets and schedules within a production context
● Experience leading or line managing small creative or production teams
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams, combining
creative and technical skillsets
● A proactive, curious mindset and a genuine interest in experimenting with emerging
creative technology
● Experience with AI tools in development or production is highly desirable
References / Relevant Experience

Lets Flats, Catastrophe, Succession and other work that combines strong comic voice,
emotional intelligence, awkwardness, satire, observation and distinctive world-building.
