Post Production Coordinator

Stampede Productions are looking for an experienced Post Production Coordinator to provide post production support across our current slate of productions starting from late January 2026.
Experience delivering to US broadcasters is essential, with experience delivering to Discovery and / or National Geographic preferable. The role will encompass tasks such as assisting the Post Production Managers, communication between edits and the post house, and managing the delivery of paperwork deliverables. Initially, the position will run until the end of April 2026 with a probationary period. This role has the potential to extend further to future productions within the company.
Stampede is an exciting, fast-growing production company based in Hackney. The role is hybrid and you will need to come into the office at least three days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to the Post Production Managers and wider team, ensuring clear communication of key post production information
Follow detailed daily post-production schedules
Negotiate rates with external suppliers for multilingual translations
Keep track of rushes and drives from shoots in the US and ingest at Post House
Assist with Onboarding of edit teams
Ensure Post Production Paperwork and Deliverables are accurate and paperwork is maintained and submitted on time
Assist Producers and edits with archive and clip clearance processes, ensuring all material is cleared for use and properly documented
Post Production Coordinator broadcast credits and have worked on multi-episodic series in post-production
Ability to juggle and prioritise multiple different production demands simultaneously.
Good knowledge of post workflow and a basic technical understanding.

• Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads and new systems
