We are looking for experienced PDs with exceptional shooting skills to join a premium observational documentary series following a major music act during a pivotal stage of their career. Filming in London and Turkey.
This is a highly talent-facing role requiring strong story instincts, excellent people skills and the ability to capture authentic moments as they unfold. Candidates should be confident working independently while contributing to a wider editorial vision.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead filming on assigned storylines and shoots.
• Build strong relationships with contributors and talent.
• Identify and develop stories in the field.
• Conduct interviews and produce key narrative sequences.
• Work closely with the Series Director and Series Producer.
• Produce detailed story reports and editorial updates.
• Maintain high editorial and welfare standards.
Essential Experience
• Strong observational documentary experience.
• High-end shooting skills
• Excellent contributor management skills.
• Experience working with talent-led productions.
