Digital & Social Media Executive

  • Description

    Digital & Social Media Executive
    Location: Hybrid / London
    Contract: Full-time/ part-time
    Level: Mid-level
    Industry: Recruitment & Technology

    About the role

We're the leading recruitment platform for the TV and film industries — connecting productions with the crew, talent and specialists that bring stories to life. From BAFTA-nominated dramas to global streaming originals, the projects on our platform span the full breadth of screen production.

As our Digital and Social Media Executive, you'll own the voice of our brand across all major social channels. You'll plan, create and publish content that resonates with a passionate industry audience — and use performance data to keep improving what you do.

This role sits at the intersection of creativity and strategy. We want someone who can write sharp copy, design eye-catching visuals and cut compelling video — and who genuinely loves television and film.

    Channels you'll work across

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn

    What you'll be doing

Plan and execute content strategies and paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn - as well as our own TM Hub - tailored to each platform's audience and format.
Write compelling, on-brand copy — from punchy captions and story CTAs to long-form LinkedIn posts and campaign headlines.
Create high-quality artwork, GIFs and short-form video content, bringing creative ideas to life with speed and craft.
Produce and edit video content suited to each platform — reels, behind-the-scenes clips, interview cuts and trend-led formats.
Monitor engagement metrics, analyse performance data and use insights to iterate and optimise content on a continuous basis.
Manage the content calendar, keeping output consistent, timely and aligned with product launches, industry events and cultural moments.
Engage with our community — responding to comments, identifying user-generated content opportunities and nurturing our online following.
Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates and emerging formats to keep our presence fresh and competitive.

    What we're looking for

At least 4 years' experience as digital and social media marketing professional, creating and executing content and campaigns across multiple social media platforms
Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different channels and audiences
Confidence creating visual content, including artwork, GIFs and short-form video
Experience with video production and editing
A data-driven mindset — comfortable pulling analytics reports and translating them into actionable improvements
Experience planning and running paid social campaigns
Strong organisational skills and experience managing a content calendar
A passion for TV and film is a bonus — but not essential
Experience using AI-assisted creative tools such as Claude AI, Opus or similar platforms to support content creation and workflow efficiency would be an advantage.
    Why join us

You'll be working at the heart of an industry that millions of people love — helping the TV and film world find the talent it needs to keep creating. We're a collaborative team with big ambitions for our digital presence, and this role has real scope to grow.

We offer a competitive salary, flexible hybrid working, and a chance to be part of a great team with opportunities to develop your creative and commercial acumen.
