Casting / Welfare Production Manager

Description

Initial are seeking an experienced & highly organised Casting & Welfare Production Manager for a new commission.
We are looking for candidates who have a comprehensive understanding of casting, background checks, diligence & welfare processes. Experience of working with a streamer and strong understanding of PMI would be beneficial.

Skills & experience:
- Supporting the Line Producer with the end-to-end casting process, including scheduling, budgeting, and logistics
- Oversee casting timelines, contributor paperwork, and compliance requirements
- Maintain clear communication between casting, editorial, and production teams
- Strong knowledge of casting workflows
- Excellent budgeting and scheduling skills
- Calm under pressure, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Familiarity with compliance, duty of care, and contributor management
- Must have at least 2 credits as a Production Manager

Dates: End of October 2026 – May 2027 (2 x week break over Christmas)
