Associate Producer (Social First) Voy | London, Hybrid | Full-time

Voy is a healthcare platform on a mission to make personalised care accessible to everyone. We support over 1 million members across the UK, Germany, and Brazil — helping people with weight loss, menopause, hair loss and TRT.

We're growing fast, and social content is at the heart of how we tell that story. The Opportunity We're building a brand new social-first content team from the ground up — bringing together creative strategists, videographers, designers, editors, motion designers and producers. As our Producer, you'll be the engine that keeps it all moving — turning creative ideas into published content, on time and on brief. This is a ground floor opportunity to help shape how we work, not inherit someone else's processes. You'll sit at the intersection of creative and delivery, making sure the team has everything it needs to produce content that performs.

What You'll Do

Own end-to-end production across shoots, edits and content delivery — from brief to publish
Manage production schedules, shoot logistics, talent, locations and budgets
Brief and coordinate across the creative team — editors, videographers, designers and motion designers
Work closely with creative strategy and growth to ensure content is on brief and delivered on time Source and manage freelancers, creators and production partners as needed
Build and maintain production workflows, asset management systems and approval processes Anticipate bottlenecks before they happen and problem-solve in real time on set and off

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of production experience in a social-first, content or creative environment
Proven ability to manage multiple shoots and projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
Basic of social content formats across Meta, TikTok and YouTube
Experience briefing and managing creative talent — editors, videographers, designers
Highly organised with sharp attention to detail and a calm head under pressure
Budget management experience
A builder mindset — comfortable creating structure where there isn't any yet
