Agent's Assistant - Film & Television
LUX Artists is looking for an Assistant to work alongside the Talent Agents and company director in our London office. Our Agents represent Directors of Photography, Production Designers, Editors, Costume Designers and Hair and Make Up Designers across Feature & Television Projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in filmmaking and production.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the Agent's and clients' diaries
Setting up and coordinating meetings and calls
Liaising with production companies and producers for project information, and submitting information to clients
Answering the phone and taking messages
Creating Deal Memos
Submitting client work to awards ceremonies, writing client bios
Watching client work and keeping up to date with the latest film and tv news
Handling ad hoc admin and office management

The ideal candidate will have:
1+ year's experience as an assistant, or experience in Film, TV, advertising or agency work
A genuine interest in filmmaking and a general understanding of the entertainment industry
Excellent communication and people skills, including a strong telephone manner
Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to juggle a busy workload
Discretion when handling sensitive information
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise a busy workload
Proficiency with Apple Mac OS, Word and Excel

Details: Full-time, starting ASAP.
Salary: Available on request.
Based in our central London office, 9.30am to 6pm with a 1-hour lunch break, on Friday’s we work from home.
