Production Coordinator

Studio Ramsay Global are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join an exciting returning observational documentary series for an international streamer.

We are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills, who can help deliver a fast-paced series on a global scale.

Experience in international filming set up is essential including working on streamer projects.

Key Requirements:
Proven Experience (at least 2 years experience in your role & 1+ streamer credits)
Assisting in coordinating international shoot logistics from the office, for small mobile units
Hiring kit both in the UK and abroad
Booking international travel and accommodation
Experience in Excel and PMI to track costs
Creating and disseminating travel itineraries
Experience in producing call sheets, with an excellent eye for detail
Supporting the production management team
Working at high volume across multiple regions

Location & Dates
Based at our London Office in Soho Square.
Immediate start.
You will be required to be in the office 5 days a week.
