This is an exciting, rare opportunity to help shape, evolve, and deliver one of the UK's most iconic and best-loved fundraising television events. Working closely with Comic Relief and BBC Studios, you will play a pivotal role in driving both our overall talent strategy and our ambitious creative comedy output to create a night of television that surprises audiences, sparks conversation, and drives joyful, impactful fundraising at scale.

Key Responsibilities
Shape Strategy & Concepts: Help design and deliver the overall talent and creative strategy for Red Nose Day, originating original comedy concepts, partnerships, and standout on-screen moments that feel fresh, relevant, and genuinely exciting.

Secure World-Class Talent: Leverage your strong industry relationships to secure the biggest names in entertainment while identifying emerging talent, digital creators, and unexpected partnerships that make the event unmissable.

Drive Cultural Impact: Generate ambitious ideas and collaborations that stop people in their tracks, create genuine buzz, and remain true to Comic Relief’s unique spirit.

Build Relationships: Foster strong creative partnerships across the industry, working collaboratively with Comic Relief, BBC Studios, and external stakeholders to bring visionary ideas to life.

What We Are Looking For
Experienced & Connected: A proven track record as a Talent or Development Executive with deep industry connections and the creative instincts to secure top-tier talent.

Comedy Landscape Expert: Comprehensive knowledge of the current comedy landscape—spanning established names, up-and-coming acts, and digital talent.

Audience-Obsessed Creator: A passion for developing ambitious, out-of-the-box ideas that generate excitement and cultural conversation.
