Development Researcher
Description
UTAS UK is looking for a Development Researcher or a Development AP to join our development team.
The ideal person will and have previous Development credits in the reality and entertainment formats space. Should be proficient at creating engaging decks and cutting sizzles. Experience in finding and casting brilliant characters a bonus.
Start date: 24th August 2026 for an initial 3-month contract
Location: London (Shoreditch)
Preferred Skills & Experience:
• Supporting the development process through idea generation and constructive participation in discussions
• Developing original entertainment and reality formats
• Creating research documents.
• Writing treatments, one-pagers, pitch decks and supporting materials.
• Collaborating with the development team to refine concepts
• Pitching ideas with confidence to the team
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Premiere
• Excellent AI image and video generation experience.
