Development Executive

Role: Development Exec/Producer
Location: London-based - office 3 days a week.
Dates: start date July/August - some flexibility for the right person

We're looking for an ideas-first Development Executive / Producer to join our team in London.
Working as part of our development team, you'll help generate, shape and sell original formats for UK and international broadcasters and platforms.

What we are looking for:
-Experience in formats - primarily entertainment and reality.
-Experience working in a development team, pitching to commissioners and winning commissions.
-Passion for telly and loves coming up with ideas.
-Understands commissioning landscape for the UK and US.
-Sizzle making, AI-wizardry and deck making would be a bonus but not essential.
-For this role we are looking primarily for an ideas-first development person.
