Production Coordinator

Description

Tern TV and Green Inc are looking for a Production Coordinator to join our Sunday Morning Live VT Team. Working (hybrid) in either our Glasgow or Holywood Office. (Due to this being a regional production, please only apply if your permanant address is outwith the M25 and you are able to come in to the Glasgow or Belfast offices)

The VT Production Coordinator will be working closely with the Glasgow-based Production Manager, organising 14x 1 day VT shoots throughout the UK.
Experience with booking crew, travel and accommodation is essential.
Experience with archive and music clearances would be advantageous.
Confident with location permissions/ filming consents.
Duration of contract:
10 weeks - 13th July till 18th September 2026
