Production Coordinator

Description

Lightbox are recruiting a Production Coordinator for an experienced Production Coordinator to join an exciting documentary series for a late June start.

Candidates will need:
- Proven Experience as a Production Coordinator (3+ PC credits)
- Experience coordinating international shoot logistics for small mobile units
- Comfortable creating detailed call sheets, schedules and travel itineraries
- Comfortable managing international filming for crew and contributors
- Hiring kit and engaging crew both in the UK and abroad
- Experience in Excel managing float and credit card reconciliations
- Comfortable maintaining accurate production paperwork and shared documents

Contract length: June 2026 – December 2027
Office is based in Clerkenwell, London
This role will require both office and home working.
Due to the nature of the project Spanish speaking candidates would be preferred.
