Production Coordinator

Description

Studio Ramsay Global are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join an exciting documentary series.

Experience required:

Proven Experience as a Production Coordinator (3+ PC credits)
Coordinating international shoot logistics for small mobile units
Hiring kit and engaging crew both in the UK and abroad
Booking international travel with complex logistics
Booking accommodation
Creating and disseminating travel itineraries
Experience in producing call sheets, with an excellent eye for detail
Supporting the production management team
Experience in Excel and PMI to raise POs and complete credit card reconciliations

Location & Dates:
Based at our London office in Soho Square
July until November 2026
