Easy Breezy Productions Ltd. is looking for an experienced freelance videographer/camera operator for a new podcast series which involves interviewing high profile guests.

The format is a relaxed, interview-led podcast, recorded in a controlled indoor setting in West London. We're aiming for a clean, polished, broadcast-quality look.

Ideally, we're looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience filming and lighting professional interviews or conversational formats
- Is comfortable operating a 3-4 camera setup
- Can provide a full camera and lighting kit
- Has experience working with talent / public figures
- Experience editing interview-led or conversational content would be highly beneficial
- Is fully insured (or able to provide appropriate cover)

In terms of lighting, we're looking for a soft, bright and flattering interview look, with an even, polished and consistent finish.

Filming will be intermittent initially, typically over 1-2 day blocks every few weeks, with potential for ongoing work as the series develops.
