Agent Assistant/Junior Agent

    Working hours: 10am – 6pm

    Off The Kerb Productions are looking for an addition to our team at our industry-leading talent management company. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with to join us as an Agent Assistant / Junior Agent, working at the heart of a fast-moving and creative industry.
    This role would suit someone with experience in comedy and entertainment, whether from a talent management background or within television production. You’ll be supporting a dynamic team while helping to nurture and develop relationships with talent across a wide range of projects.

    • Day-to-day artist management – handling diaries, logistics, travel planning, press, PR invites and being able to adapt and problem solve efficiently.
    • Maintain strong working relationships with production companies, promoters, venues and talent
    • Stay on top of busy inboxes and ensure efficient response rate
    • Seek out and forge relationships new production companies – as well as attending meetings with productions and promoters
    • Alongside other members of the team, negotiate best deals
    • Work closely with our touring team
    • Ensuring diaries are up to date and accurate
    • Entering financial data onto the system
    • Provide general support to agents
    • Be available to attend shows in evenings
    • Some travel outside of London needed sporadically

    Qualifications / Skills:

    ● Experience of working in or alongside artist management and/or television production
    ● Experience of using Excel and Google Sheets

    Skills Required:

    ● Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
    ● Time Management: Ability to be working across several artists simultaneously and being able to handle a busy email inbox efficiently.
    ● Problem-Solving: Finding creative solutions to challenges.
    ● Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
    ● Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
