Senior Production Coordinator

Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Production Coordinator to join a fast-paced reality/renovation series filming in the Kent countryside.

This is a full-time role from ASAP through to September/October 2026, supporting the production across prep, filming and delivery, with regular on-location work during key spring and summer filming periods.

The role sits within a small production team, reporting into the Line Producer and working alongside a Production Secretary and runners, so some management experience and confidence supporting junior team members is important.

Key Requirements:

**Minimum of three Production Coordinator credits
**Experience setting up fast turnaround shoots
**Strong Excel skills
**Experience handling production paperwork, reconciliations and clearing floats
**Excellent organisational and communication skills
**Confident managing logistics across multiple shoots and locations
**Reality, factual entertainment or renovation experience preferred
