Production Co-ordinator

Rogan Productions are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join the team on a premium factual/documentary series for a major broadcaster/streamer.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive coordinator with strong communication skills, who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and can confidently support both editorial and production management teams.

Experience working on documentary or factual productions in London/UK is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating UK shoot logistics
• Booking travel, accommodation and transport for contributors and crew
• Assisting with crew hires, kit bookings and release paperwork
• Creating detailed call sheets, schedules and travel itineraries
• Maintaining accurate production paperwork and shared documents

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Production Coordinator on broadcast productions
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• Confident managing multiple tasks and changing priorities
• Experience using Excel and production management systems
• Strong communication skills and calm under pressure

Location & Dates

Based at our Soho office, you will be required to work from the office 5 days a week
Contract dates 1st June to 2nd September 2026
