Production Manager
Description
We’re looking for an experienced, highly organised Production Manager to work on large-scale digital reality series. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, with a particular focus on budget and schedule management, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Oversee the entire production of the digital-reality series
Experience on large-scale productions, ideally fixed-rig, reality shows is preferred
Proficiency managing large budgets and cost reporting
Experience contracting a team of freelancers as well as suppliers
Excellent communication skills required - you will be liaising with your production counterparts as well as with other departments to ensure everyone is aligned on the project needs and priorities
Extensive experience overseeing complex Risk Assessments and safety briefings as well as managing Insurance Policies
Previous experience working with talent + knowledge of standard welfare procedures
Keep safety and compliance in mind, we take that seriously!
Project reconciliation, making sure everything is tied up nicely
General strong understanding of production management principles and tools
