Production Co-ordinator

CTVC are recruiting a full time Production Coordinator to join our London team
Start date - ASAP
Location – Farringdon, London
Contract length – 4-5 months initially / full time. We operate a 4/1 policy with 4 days in the office and 1 day wfh.
We are looking for an organised, proactive individual with experience of setting up shoots across a variety of content, formats and platforms. The role will involve working across our busy TV, Development and Digital departments. We are looking for someone with impeccable attention to detail, ability to prioritise and juggle tasks, and excellent communication skills. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, working across multiple teams and has a 'can-do' attitude.
Responsibilities include:
Coordination of shoots across our TV and Digital department
Creating and issuing call sheets and managing release forms
Working closely with Production Managers and supporting with day to day running of productions
Tracking, logging and reconciling costs and expenses
Coordination of travel and logistics, and supporting teams on shoots
Assisting with programme delivery to broadcaster or client, and all associated paperwork and clear-up, including rushes logs and drive management
Post production paperwork
Overseeing the organisation and distribution of internal drives, kit and laptops
Maintaining office and production systems
