Senior Producer

Description

Nest Productions are seeking a highly organised and experienced Senior Producer to join the team on an upcoming reality entertainment series, running from 27th April to 13th May 2026.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in reality and challenge-based formats, particularly those with credits on companion or spin-off shows similar to Love Island: Aftersun or Big Brother’s Bit on the Side.

Key Responsibilities:
• Producing engaging content for a fast-paced reality format
• Writing scripts and briefing presenters
• Working closely with on-screen talent and production teams
• Ensuring smooth delivery under tight deadlines

Requirements:
• Proven experience in reality/challenge show formats
• Strong scripting and storytelling skills
• Confidence working directly with hosts and contributors
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• Experience working with comedians or comedy formats a bonus

This is an on-location role within the UK, so flexibility and availability for the full production period are essential.
