Production Coordinator

Description

Rare TV is looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to start in the next two weeks, until the end of November. We need someone to be fully across the postproduction for an 8-episode series for a major US broadcaster. The role will report to the Line Producer and will involve:

- Supporting four edits as they run simultaneously.
- Keeping across archive requests.
- Chasing any outstanding releases/permits.
- Managing viewing schedules and diaries.
- Maintaining comprehensive logs and documents in preparation for final post, delivery and paperwork for the broadcaster.
- Collating notes for the online and dub and attending sessions in person with the LP and SP.
- Delivering all postproduction paperwork.

We would welcome applications from candidates who have experience on the above. At Rare, we also use PMI, so knowledge of that software is a bonus. The role will be based out of our Waterloo edit facility and will be in the office up to four days per week.
