Description

Optomen Television is seeking an AP/Junior Producer with 2+ years of experience to join our development team to focus on finding compelling, talent-led stories, booking talent, securing institutional access, and creating treatments.

Key Requirements:
• Experience: Proven track record in securing talent for factual entertainment formats and documentaries.
• Skills: Strong editorial judgment, experience making access and talent approaches, and crafting treatments (Canva competent ideally). Ability to work well under pressure, motivated and eager, with good knowledge of up-and-coming talent across social media.
• Preferred: Shooting and editing skills for sizzles and casting tapes.
• Platforms: Experience across SVODs is highly valued.

Contract Duration:
• Fixed term 3-6 months from May
