Production Coordinator

Description

Brinkworth are looking for a Production Coordinator with experience in setting up international filming from the 4th or 11th May for approximately 8 weeks.
We are looking for someone who has a number of credits in documentary/factual/unscripted and who is experienced at navigating complex filming logistics and the permissions required for foreign filming.

The job description below is designed to give applicants a broad overview of the role, but may not constitute all tasks / duties that will change with the needs of the production.

- Assisting in setting up shoots and filming logistics for UK and international filming.
- Assisting with call sheets
- Managing float reconciliations and per diems
- Booking hire cars
- Assisting with production paper work
- Organising and logging contributor releases
