Post Production Coordinator

Dates: 1st June 2026 to end of February 2027
Location: Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days in our London office
Optomen TV is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Post Production Coordinator to join an exciting returning Fact Ent/ Reality 10-part series for an international streamer. This is a fast-paced role supporting the post production process from ingest through to final delivery, ensuring workflows run smoothly, deadlines are met, and all post-production paperwork is completed.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate all aspects of post-production
• Manage schedules, bookings, and post-production calendars
• Support the Post Production Manager and Post Supervisor, working closely with the wider post team
• Track media assets, rushes, and deliverables, and organise ingest and transcriptions
• Ensure all paperwork, release forms, and compliance documents are completed and filed
• Assist the production team during busy filming periods with coordinating shoot logistics
The Ideal Candidate Will:
• Have proven experience as a Production/ Post Production Coordinator (+ 3 PC credits)
• Be proactive and highly organised
• Have a calm, level-headed approach
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of post production workflows
• Have excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Have strong communication skills, with high attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
