Description
Atlantic Studios are looking for an experienced Development AP or Producer to join our development team.
This is a full time, fixed-term position for a 4 month period, starting as soon as possible.
They must have great deck writing and designing skills, proficiency with GenAI tools to create still and moving images for pitches and sizzles, and a strong handle on what’s going on in the factual and specialist factual TV and content industry across broadcasters, streamers and online.
The ideal candidate can work well as part of a team, and also independently across multiple projects - from idea to deck to sizzle to pitch - responding to both open and commissioned briefs across factual TV, Immersive, and Digital for broadcasting networks, streamers, immersive platforms and corporates.
Previous roles in production and/or development in specialist factual are a must, as is a never-ending well of ideas and an inexhaustible enthusiasm for creating and telling great stories via the latest technology, techniques, and platforms.
Location: The base for this position is Hammersmith, London.
Working Days: 5 day week, office based

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and assist in pitch document creation
Manage the development of a project by conducting research, setting meetings, drafting project plans and presenting development outlines to team members
Collate research materials from team members across the company and work with the development team to create well researched, high-quality pitch decks
Contribute creative and editorial ideas
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Proven ability to translate creative ideas into structured pitch documents and written treatments
Strong team ethic and the ability to prioritise workloads with ease, working in a pressurised team environment.
This role will involve working with content leads across all departments
Commercially minded, with an understanding of brand objectives
Strong communication, collaboration, organisation and problem-solving skills
Ability to do research and collate archive materials, including stills and content for the pitch films and decks
Strong writing skills with a good eye for spelling and grammar
Strong design skills. Photoshop knowledge desirable
Experience working with networks, brands or agencies to shape strategic, creative pitches and in developing original content across short and long-form formats
Confident presenting ideas and responding to briefs under pressure
Capability in handling varied workloads, prioritising and delivering to deadlines whilst reacting positively to changesCompany Name
