Home Economist - returning Ch5 Food Series
We are looking for an experienced Home Economist to join a returning Channel 5 consumer food series.
This is a fast-paced, features-led programme, so we’re seeking someone confident, organised, and highly experienced in large-scale food productions.
Key Details:
Shoot Dates: 4th – 13th May and 1st – 11th June plus prep days
Role Responsibilities:
Sourcing, shopping for and storing hundreds of supermarket food items
Ensuring food for 15 diners is cooked, camera-ready and delivered on an extremely exacting schedule
Preparing those foods in a restaurant kitchen to exact manufacturer instructions
Maintaining high food styling and presentation standards
Working closely with production and editorial teams
Managing kitchen logistics and hygiene standards on set
