Description
Ranga Bee Productions is looking for a talented, driven Video Editor to join us across two of the UK's most exciting comedy podcasts.
Full-time fixed term with potential for a permanent contract.
Working from the Ranga Bee offices in Central London.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the show's full video output, from long-form YouTube episodes to punchy, platform-native short-form clips. You'll work closely with the production team to ensure every piece of content is sharp, on-brand, and built to perform. Ideally candidates should have audio mixing experience to produce final episodes at the highest quality.
In this role, you will:
Edit full-length video episodes to a high standard and to tight deadlines
Cut compelling short-form clips and social-first content
Enhance content with subtitles, captions, and graphics to maximise engagement
Collaborate closely with producers and the wider team to maintain a consistent creative vision
What we're looking for:
Expert-level Adobe Premiere Pro, including a strong instinct for pacing, rhythm, and storytelling
Solid working knowledge of Adobe Audition & After Effects is a plus
Good understanding of what works on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok is helpful.
Attention to detail and a shared desire for excellence.
Fast, efficient, and calm under pressure without compromising on quality
A genuine passion for comedy, podcasting, and audience-first content
Experience working on high-profile podcast or entertainment productions is essential.
