    Production Assistant – Post Production & Production Support

    Location: Old Street, London
    Contract: Full-time, office-based (5 days per week). 6-9 month contract with an opportunity to extend.

    We are looking for a motivated Office Production Assistant to join our team and support the in-house Post Coordinator as well as the wider production teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in television and gain hands-on experience across production within a busy office environment.

    The role will involve providing general office support, assisting with post-production administration, and helping multiple in-house productions with ad hoc tasks as required. You will play an important role in ensuring the office runs smoothly while gaining exposure to different workflows.

    Key Responsibilities

    - Answering phones and welcoming visitors to the office

    - Supporting the Post Coordinator with post-production paperwork, deliverables tracking, wrangling protocols and kit management

    - Supporting the Production Executives with ad hoc tasks including budget research and updating production trackers.

    - Providing ad hoc support to in house production teams, assisting with a variety of tasks across different productions

    - Occasionally assisting on location when required

    - Ordering and maintaining office equipment and stationery

    - Ensuring the office kitchen is stocked and tidy

    - Running office errands and supporting day-to-day office operations

    - Assisting with the organisation of staff socials and team events

    Skills and Experience

    - A proactive and enthusiastic approach with a strong willingness to learn

    - A genuine interest in television production and the creative industries

    - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail is essential

    - Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork

    - Ability to manage multiple tasks and support different teams within a busy office environment

    - Interest in developing a career in both production and / or post-production

    - A full, clean driving licence is desirable but not essential.

    - Experience of data wrangling and rushes management is desirable but not essential.

    Working Pattern

    - This is a full-time, office-based role located in Old Street, London. Applicants must be happy to work five days per week from the office.
