Line Producer
Description
Bright Entertainment is looking for an experienced Line producer to join the team on a new series based around relationships for SKY . We’re looking for someone who is highly technical and thrives in fast-paced production environments and brings both leadership and problem-solving expertise to the role.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the management and operational delivery of this large complex productions, ensuring that they are produced efficiently on schedule and to budget
To ensure compliance with the following ITV policies – H&S, compliance, bribery, data protection, PRS and employment legislation
To directly manage a team of Production Support staff, including one or more Production Managers.
Manage talent, creative and financial expectations.
Represent Production Management as part of the senior team within the production.
Setting up and overseeing large-scale set and location shoots
Managing production schedules and ensuring deadlines are met
Overseeing budgets and maintaining cost control
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements
Leading and coordinating a production team
Managing logistics and resolving production challenges efficiently
Working to a high level of scrutiny around compliance and both team and contributor welfare.
About You
Proven experience as a Line Producer on large-scale productions
Confident in technical knowledge and set up different workflows
Strong scheduling and budget management skills
Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety requirements including welfare
Confident overseeing and motivating large teams
Friendly, approachable, and resourceful
Experience working with sensitive contributors and situations.
Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Available : Early May – Nov 2026
Location: Pre-production will take place in our West London office at Media City
Location work will be required for the shoot which is scheduled to take place Late August to Nov 2026 and will involve weekends during the filming period.
A requirement three LP credit is minimum including large scale reality and format shows
