Production Coordinator
Description
In-house Production Coordinator working on various projects from pre-production through to final post, as well as working closely with the Managing Director, Head of Production and Production Executive on the company’s project archive and development projects.
Full time position starting in mid-April
Salary dependent on experience
Working hours 9:30am - 6:30pm
Office is based in Clerkenwell, London

London based production company are looking for a production coordinator for their busy London office. This is a perfect opportunity for a coordinator or junior coordinator looking to expand their skills across production. The ideal candidate would have at least three production credits.

This role will require both office and home working. We require candidates to be in the London office at lease 3 days a week, with the flexibility to do more.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate on feature documentaries and limited series
- Coordinate development projects and shoots
- Manage Lightbox archive of finished projects
- Assist in managing in-house junior staff
- Liaising with producers, directors, commissioning editors, distributors and broadcasters.
- Managing office, duties include but are not limited to: errands, petty cash, IT, phones, office and kitchen supplies, business accounts, security and access, post and couriers, office upkeep, managing desk spaces, maintenance of computer software, hardware and the office space.
- Managing staff expenses.
- Coordinating office events: screenings, viewings, office parties.
