Lifted Entertainment (Part of ITV Studios) are looking to hear from all Welfare Producers to join our Welfare Talent Pool.

WELFARE PRODUCER:

We are looking for experienced Welfare Producers who have worked on contributor focussed high profile shows.
Must have a wealth of contestant experience as well as an understanding of Duty of Care & welfare in the current programme-making landscape.
The ability to handle sensitive information and a clear and thorough understanding of GDPR regulations.
Excellent eye for detail, interpersonal skills, and be able to stay on top of deadlines and schedules.
Proven background in running a team and managing people whilst being good and confident at working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Desirable skills for this role also include experience designing and implementing comprehensive Welfare Risk Assessments and bespoke Care Plans for a diverse range of contributors.
Experience of writing welfare protocols.
Proven ability to act as the primary point of contact for external medical and psychological clinicians, ensuring a seamless flow of information between experts and the production team.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, with a specific focus on the nuances of working with under-18s and the 16–18 age bracket.
Minimum criteria: must have previous Producer experience working on contributor focussed high profile shows and have proven experience working with cast previously and proven experience with duty of care protocols.
