Food AP – returning food series
Dates: Monday 23rd March – 3rd June
Location: London

We are looking for an experienced Food AP to join a returning food series. Working to the Series Editor to set up culinary and food editorial elements from development through to delivery.

You will be responsible for the food production process, including:
-Selecting and sourcing products in line with editorial briefs
-Planning and delivering consumer taste tests
-Researching and shaping food science elements within the show
-Ensuring food content is accurate, engaging and production-ready
-Working closely with production, editorial and compliance teams

Applicants will need:
-Experience on food competition or cookery formats (e.g. Bake Off, MasterChef, or equivalent high-volume food shows)
-Proven track record of working on food content from concept to screen
-Experience of working with on camera chefs
-Experience of working with home economists
-Understanding of food science principles relevant to broadcast

This is a fast-paced and detail-driven role.
