Assistant Producer

Description

Rare TV is looking for Assistant Producers for a returning series for a major US broadcaster.

We are looking for Assistant Producers available to be on location for 9 weeks. We have multiple roles available from June onwards. Please only apply for this role if you are happy and available to be abroad for that period of time. Please state that you are happy to do this in your application, applicants who fail to do so, will not be considered.

The main role of the Assistant Producer is to support their Producer Director on shoots. This is everything from preparing and handling kit to getting release forms to maintaining relationships with filming partners. Shooting is helpful but not required but an understanding of GoPros, data wrangling and media management would be very helpful.

We are looking for applicants who are confident communicators, well organised and enjoy working in fast-moving environments.

Rate will be based on experience.
