At Chelsea Creative Studios we are looking to expand our freelance pool of Producer/Directors and Crearuve Producers to work across all our branded content work. With projects ready to spin up, but also projects in the long grass, and a rolling slate of work all year long, finding the right people to treat on the right work is an ongoing conversation for us.

The right fit for us looks like this…

Responding to briefs involving high profile sports talent, you’ll be able to find a fantastic creative synergy between our brand voice, look & feel and the needs, requests and vision of our brand partners.

You’ll be a creative self starter, and a strategic, organised, disciplined finisher.

You’ll be used to creating treatments, decks & storyboards, pitching and presenting in a room, working with and without creative input from other stakeholders.

You’ll be skilled in working with athletes and onscreen talent, and understand how to both look after their needs and get what’s needed on set, keep the production on track whilst creating a fun environment for on screen talent against tricky deadlines.

You’ll be an experienced director, working with crews of different shapes and sizes, briefing designers, editors, vfx artists, DoPs and scriptwriters. You may also do some of those things yourself!
