  • Description

Bright Entertainment are looking for an experienced Researcher for a brand new and exciting series. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about casting (including targeted outreach), but crucially - is also confident when it comes to self-shooting great casting tapes.

You will have experience identifying contributors for both broad and niche briefs, with a strong understanding of casting for dating and reality shows.

    Minimum criteria:

*Proven experience in reality, outreach and targeted casting, shooting casting tapes and conducting phone interviews
*Experience working closely with cast members and contributors, along with a keen sense of story and character development.
*A sensitive approach and understanding of welfare protocols is essential, as well as a solid understanding of industry best practices.

    Dates:
To start ASAP for 10 weeks. London/remote based.

Bright Entertainment is committed to increasing the diversity of its workforce and we strongly encourage applications from candidates from all backgrounds. ITV strongly encourages applications for this role from Deaf, Disabled and neurodivergent people. As a Disability Confident Leader, if you meet the minimum criteria for a role and you have declared that you are disabled, your application will go to the next stage of the process (although there may be a few exceptions where we are not able to take all eligible candidates to the next stage due to the volume of applications).

We're happy to discuss any support/personalisation you may need during the process, as part of our reasonable adjustments. Find out more about applying with a disability on our website.

Whilst we would love to reply to everyone, we can only contact those who are shortlisted.
