Sales Executive / Business Development Producer

Description

OnSight is seeking an experienced Sales Executive / Business Development Producer to drive new business across scripted film and television post-production.
This is a relationship-led role for someone confident originating and converting opportunities, working closely with producers, executives, and creative teams.

You will act as a first point of contact for new projects, manage early-stage conversations through to contract, and collaborate with senior creative, production, and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to delivery.
A strong understanding of post-production workflows and commercial decision-making is essential.

Candidates will require:
- Experience in film and television post-production and/or a proven sales process
- Existing client relationships within the film and TV sector
- Confidence managing enquiries, proposals, contracts, and follow-up
- Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills

This is a hands-on role with real ownership, visibility, and progression within a leading film and television post-production facility.
