Production Coordinator
Description
Rare TV is looking for two Production Coordinators to come on board a returning series for a major US broadcaster. Both roles will involve a stint on location in a foreign country for 12 weeks from mid-May to early August. Please only apply for this role if you are happy and available to be abroad for that period of time. Please state that you are happy to do this in your application, applicants who fail to do so, will not be considered.
The first role will start on 16th March 2026 and finish in early 2027.
The second role will start on the 23rd March 2026 and finish in early August 2026.
We are looking to hear from coordinators who have experience coordinating the setup of large shoots in challenging foreign locations. They need to be across all travel logistics, booking flights, accommodation and per diems. There will be further international travel to book at short notice while on location. Experience managing the day to day to finance is essential; given the team size there is a large volume finance requirements to be kept on top of, so attention to detail is key.
Candidates need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment as part of a large team. We place great value on a calm and positive attitude and are keen to kelp candidates who are willing, to grow and gain more experience in the Production Management world.
Rate will be based on experience.
