Welfare Researcher
Description
Bright Entertainment are looking for candidates who have experience working on contributor focussed high profile location shows.
They must have a wealth of contestant experience as well as an understanding of duty of care in the current programme making landscape. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle sensitive information and a clear and thorough understanding of GDPR regulations. We are looking for someone who has a great eye for detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to stay on top of deadlines and schedules, as well as being good at working under pressure.
The role will require you to be on location abroad for 4 weeks from 25th April -22nd May, 2026.
The minimum criteria for this role: welfare experience is not essential, however previous researcher credits working on contributor focussed high profile shows would be preferred.
Bright Entertainment is committed to increasing the diversity of its workforce and we strongly encourage applications from candidates from all backgrounds. ITV strongly encourages applications for this role from Deaf, Disabled and neurodivergent people. As a Disability Confident Leader, if you meet the minimum criteria for a role and you have declared that you are disabled, your application will go to the next stage of the process (although there may be a few exceptions where we are not able to take all eligible candidates to the next stage due to the volume of applications).
We're happy to discuss any support/personalisation you may need during the process, as part of our reasonable adjustments. Find out more about applying with a disability on our website.
Whilst we would love to reply to everyone, we can only contact those who are shortlisted.Company Name
