MASTER INTERVIEW PRODUCER – (STARTING JUNE 2026 | 6 WEEKS)

We’re looking for an experienced Master Interview Producer for a new six-part documentary series featuring a young cast.

You’ll be highly organised, editorially strong, and confident preparing and conducting multiple master interviews with young children and families. A strong eye for story and a sense of humour are essential: you’ll instinctively shape narratives, spot key moments as they unfold in interviews, and clearly communicate strong story points back to the senior editorial team.

Interviews will be based in Bristol, however prep work can be carried out remotely. Applicants must be available to work weekends (with time off in lieu)

Proven master interview experience essential. Prior experience working with young children and families is highly desirable.
