Anti Racism Wellbeing Advisor (Racism, Bullying & Harassment Specialist)
A unique opportunity for someone with anti racist practice, wellbeing expertise, and DEI experience to provide confidential 1:1 support and help shape a growing service.
You will:
• Provide safe, confidential 1:1 support (by phone, by video and in person) for clients experiencing racism and related harms
• Explore practical, legal, and wellbeing options with clients, including signposting to specialist partners
• Build trust with stakeholders and contribute to resources that strengthen industry practice
You bring:
• Significant experience supporting Black and Global Majority individuals, particularly around racism, bullying, harassment, or discrimination
• Strong understanding of racism and anti racist practice, with confidence advising in complex situations
• Excellent communication, discretion, empathy, and a values led approach to safeguarding and inclusion
