Series Producer
Description
We are looking for a very experienced Series Producer to work on a brand new formatted US crime series. You will need to have an excellent proven journalist background with experience of overseeing highly detailed research, and ideally some experience in US police access.
This is a tight turn around project so you need to be able to hit the ground running. The production period is archive based, gaining access to brand new police assets to tell the story of crimes as they unfold. You will be a great manager as you will need to lead a team both in the UK and in the US and then be across multiple edits to deliver a high volume series.
We need someone to be able to produce clear editorial narratives, with an excellent knowledge of US legal and compliance. Hybrid working will be possible although initially, and at crunch times during production, we will need the team in the office every day to work together, with you leading them. At times you may also need to work US hours when liaising with your team there.
Applicants needs to have credits from series on A&E US and be available from the end of February/start of March. If you do not meet this criteria please do not apply. Thank you in advance for your interest.Company Name
