Production Coordinator

Dates: April - July
Location: London based, 4 days a week in the office.

We’re looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join a returning factual entertainment series.

You’ll support the Production Manager with day to day logistics across UK and international shoots, including travel, accommodation, transport, call sheets, paperwork and shoot support.

You must have:
• Previous Production Coordinator credits
• Experience supporting overseas shoots
• Strong organisation and calm problem solving
• Confidence liaising with crew, suppliers and locations

Desirable:
• Experience working on factual or reality shows
• Familiarity with permits, travel logistics, location booking and H&S documentation
